She is forced to strip, then bound and forced to her knees. The warden then takes advantage of her--forcing her to suck him off.

When finished, she is sobbing and he moves behind her, forces her upright on her knees, then draws the blade across her neck.

She spurts blood out her mouth, gurgles, then more blood pours out of her mouth and neck. Her body convulses--blood runs down her shaking breasts. Then, she is staring, making little jerks. He lets her down in a puddle of blood. More blood pours out her neck, pooling around her head. She becomes still.

He observes his work, then leaves.
